  • Beat the Odds — Children's Defense Fund Minnesota awards scholarships to young people who have overcome extreme adversity.
  • Optimist Club of St. Paul — seeks to honor achievement in the face of adversity. The club petitions all schools in the City of Saint Paul for applicants and annually awards 15 scholarships.
  • Page Education Foundation — awards annually renewable grants to Minnesota students of color. Students who accept financial aid from the Foundation are required to return to their communities and perform annual Service-to-Children projects with younger children of color.
  • Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation Career Investment  — business leaders work together to build the necessary resources that will assure a competent, educated workforce. The scholarship serves high school youth in Ramsey and Washington Counties.
  • Wallin Partners Scholarship Program — supports deserving students who might not otherwise attend or graduate from college. Students must attend a Minneapolis, St. Paul, or Anoka-Hennepin public high school.
