Council for Opportunity in Education — helps further educational opportunities for low-income and disabled people in the U.S.
Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans — advises the governor and legislature on issues confronting the state's Asian-Pacific populations
Council on Black Minnesotans — advises the governor and legislature on issues confronting the state's Black populations
